Greg Junge
Director/Owner
Greg has over thirty years experience in industrial and commercial construction and design. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla. Greg started the Chicago operation of R.W. Murray Company in 1971. He was Vice President of R.W. Murray and ran the Chicago office until 1981 when he purchased it and renamed it Itasca Construction Associates, Inc.
Steve Hicks, P.E.
President/Partner
A 30-year veteran of the construction industry, Hicks earned a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University, and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Illinois. After joining the organization in 1979 as a field superintendent, Hicks moved up the ranks to become an owner of Itasca Construction Associates in 1985 and a vice president in 1986. Since being appointed president in 1994, he has been instrumental in the company's continued success--keeping the focus on doing what is best for the client.
Mark Galioto
Partner
Mark manages construction projects exclusively for ICA's largest client: Hamilton Partners. Since joining the company in 1978, he has managed the construction of more than 8,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial buildings. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in construction from 
Bradley University and received an MBA from Roosevelt University in 1980.
Brian Smith, P.E.
Partner
Brian Smith, a licensed professional engineer, has been with the firm since 1984. He oversees construction for a wide variety of clients and projects. Smith holds a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Phil Van Duyne
Partner
Phil Van Duyne has more than 28 years of construction experience and 24 years with Itasca Construction Associates. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Responsible for sales and primarily involved in the pre-construction phase, Van Duyne maintains close contact with clients throughout the construction process.
Joni Zelk
Partner
Joni Zelk has been with ICA for more than 30 years. She started her career with the company upon graduation from high school and worked her way up to become partner and office manager. Zelk keeps the business running efficiently so construction personnel can focus on meeting their clients’ needs.
