Design-build construction services for a police department facility, including construction of a 19,000 s.f. 3-story addition and renovation of an existing 11,000 s.f. station. Facility improvements include a 250 KW emergency generator, seven holding cells, drive-through sally port, impound bay, 911/communications center, locker/shower rooms, evidence processing and administrative offices.
