Owner: Edwards Hospital This three floor facility features two floor levels of administrative offices and one level for an In vitro Fertilization Clinic (IVF). The IVF Clinic features high end office finishes, numerous exam rooms, 2 embryo implantation rooms, a full embryology lab complete with oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide medical gas and a medical vacuum system. This project also includes approximately 6,000 S.F. of clean room environment for the lab and procedure areas.
