Three-story masonry and glass office building located on a heavily wooded site just west of the Medinah Country Club. The glass, marble, and wood-lined entry lobby leads to three floors of Class A office space and a basement-level parking area. Great care was taken during construction to preserve the natural beauty of this site. The building was partially occupied upon completion by Bridgestone/Firestone.

Angus Chemical

Two-story masonry and glass Corporate Headquarters building constructed for Angus Chemical along Lake-Cook Road adjacent to the Chevy Chase Golf Course. Despite the uniform exterior appearance, the interior is actually 2 separate buildings, upgraded corporate offices with a large, soaring atrium lobby on the east end, and a fully-equipped research and development laboratory designed to handle high hazard materials on the west end. Unique building features include separate mechanical systems for the two uses, an explosion-proof room in the lab area, and a firewall thru the building to separate the office and lab areas.

Deer Park 2-Story

A beautiful, state-of-the-art two-story office building in the Deer Park Office Complex. Attractive landscaping surrounds this glass and brick building, and leads you to the high-quality wood, glass and marble full-height entry lobby area. Although a multi-tenant building, the majority of the space was occupied by Robert Half & Associates upon completion of the building and their tenant space.
